Kofleetz Driver Lite – Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy governs your use of the Kofleetz Driver Lite Mobile Application (“Application”) developed and operated by Kofleetz.

The Application supports fleet and transport operations including delivery, logistics, 3PL, quick commerce, passenger transport, and institutional transport services.

1. User Authentication and Access

• Mobile number and password
• Mobile number with One-Time Password (OTP)

2. Information We Collect

User-Provided Information

• Name, mobile number, driver ID
• Trip start/end confirmations
• Odometer readings and images
• Vehicle, POD, POC, and damage images
• Invoices, expenses, bills, documents
• Incident reports and SOS alerts

Automatically Collected Information

• Device type, OS, app version
• IP address and diagnostics

3. Location Data

• Tracking starts on “Start Trip”
• Tracking stops on “End Trip”
• No tracking outside active trips

4. Camera, Media, and OCR

Camera access is used only for operational proof, compliance, and OCR validation.

5. SOS and Safety

SOS and incident alerts may share trip and location data with authorized supervisors.

6. Data Sharing

• Fleet owners and authorized stakeholders
• Trusted service providers
• Legal or regulatory authorities

7. Opt-Out

You may stop data collection by uninstalling the Application. Certain data may be retained for legal or contractual reasons.

8. Data Retention

• Operational data retained as required
• Technical logs retained up to 24 months

9. Children’s Privacy

Not intended for children under 13 unless institutionally authorized.

10. Security

We implement encrypted transmission and role-based access controls.
