It is mandatory for all users of the Site to have read carefully, fully understood, and be in total agreement with these Terms before proceeding to use any of the services of the Site ("Services"). The Services are available only to those individuals who can form legally binding contracts under applicable laws. Kofleetz may amend these Terms at any time by posting the amended version on this site. Such amended versions shall automatically be effective upon their posting on this site.
All payments for services at Kofleetz.com must be made in favor of "Kofleetz Solutions Private Limited."
Pricing:
If Kofleetz denies providing services, the company is liable to pay you a 100% refund. However, no cancellation is possible for services offered on an immediate activation basis.
The Debited amount will be refunded to the customers bank account within 5 to 6 days .
Once subscribed, the payment made by the Member for Paid Services is not refundable, and no claim for a refund would be entertained. Kofleetz neither offers any guarantees for the accuracy, timeliness, or authenticity nor advocates any of the content posted by other Members. All services are provided on a best-effort basis
As Kofleetz maintains high interactions with clients and carries out the entire process with their approval, there is no provision for any kind of full or partial refund. Your personal preferences changed in the course of time cannot serve as a reason for refund or chargeback.
The client is liable for a 25% penalty of the package if there is a delay in providing documents/information and completing the process within the prescribed time period. If the delay exceeds 15 days, Kofleetz will forfeit the complete amount, and the registration will be canceled on the sixteenth day by the company automatically.
If the client refuses to provide the required information/documents, no refund will be issued, and the registration will be canceled after fifteen days from the registration date. Fees once paid will not be refunded in any case, even if the cancellation is posted within 24 hours due to changes in consumer mindset, financial problems, or emergencies, unless our management fails to deliver the services in the prescribed format and time.
If you are unable to access your service, kindly notify us at info@Kofleetz.com or contact us at +91-9384810323 immediately. We will assist you promptly. However, if a client raises concerns beyond the prescribed time period, no action will be taken, and the client will be held responsible

If any client has issues, please contact the company directly via email. Posting false or defamatory content about the company on social media may result in civil and criminal proceedings at the individual's risk, cost, and liability.
