KOFLEETZ – Terms and Conditions

These Terms govern your access to and use of Kofleetz platforms and services operated by Kofleetz Solutions Private Limited.

1. Eligibility

• Businesses and institutions
• Authorized individuals (drivers, staff, supervisors)
• Minimum age: 18 years

2. Scope of Services

• Fleet, driver, trip, and asset management
• GPS tracking and route playback
• Proof-based workflows
• Invoicing, expenses, and document management
• Incident reporting and SOS alerts

3. User Responsibilities

• Maintain confidentiality of credentials
• Ensure lawful and accurate data entry

4. Location Tracking

Location tracking is trip-based and used only for operational, safety, compliance, and analytics purposes.

5. User Content

You grant Kofleetz a non-exclusive license to process uploaded content solely to provide the Services.

6. Payments and Pricing

• Basic – ₹3,500 / month
• Standard – ₹4,500 / month
• Advanced – ₹5,000 / month
• Enterprise – ₹10,000 / month

7. Refunds and Cancellation

Subscription fees are non-refundable once activated.

8. Prohibited Use

• Unlawful activities
• Reverse engineering or resale
• System abuse or harassment

9. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property belongs to Kofleetz or its licensors.

10. Limitation of Liability

Liability shall not exceed fees paid in the preceding 3 months.

11. Governing Law

Governed by the laws of India. Courts in Tamil Nadu have jurisdiction.
