This policy explains the cookies this website uses. We keep it short and specific. Analytics cookies are only set after you accept them — nothing tracking-related runs until you choose to.

Strictly necessary

• kf_consent — remembers whether you accepted or declined analytics, so we do not ask again on every visit. First-party, lasts about a year. No consent needed for this one, because it exists to honour your choice.
• kf_session — set only if you sign in to the admin area. It keeps you logged in and is removed when you sign out. First-party, http-only. It is never set for ordinary visitors.

Analytics (only after you accept)

If you accept, we use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how the site is used — which pages are read, roughly where visitors come from, and how the site performs. Google sets its own cookies (typically _ga and _ga_*) for this. These are not set at all unless and until you click Accept on the cookie banner. We use IP anonymisation and do not use this data for advertising.

How to change your choice

Declining is as easy as accepting — the banner offers both. To change your mind later, clear this site's cookies in your browser and the banner will appear again. Declining, or clearing kf_consent, stops the analytics cookies from being set.

What we do not do

We do not run advertising or marketing trackers, we do not sell analytics data, and fonts are self-hosted so no third-party font service sees your visit. If that ever changes, this page and the consent options change with it.
