No, and if your TMS is doing its job we would not suggest replacing it. A transport management system owns the commercial layer: orders, contracts, rates, customers, invoicing. KO Fleetz owns the execution layer beneath it — how the vehicle and driver actually delivered the work, what it cost on the road, and how long each part really took. The two connect. Fleets without a TMS run their order book here quite happily; fleets with one usually keep it and stop pretending it can see the day.

Dispatch, in almost every case. It is the one place where the day is actually decided, it needs no historical data to be useful, and it is what makes everything downstream possible, because a trip nobody dispatched through the platform has no record to hang costs, waits or proof of delivery on. Planning follows once the constraints your team keeps in their heads are written down. Optimisation is worth reaching for after that, and profitability last, since it consumes what the earlier stages produce.

Then the planning and optimisation parts matter far less to you, and we would say so rather than sell them. Accept the job, and capture the handover. That is genuinely most of it.
