No. The modules are separable and most fleets begin with one — usually maintenance or GPS tracking, because those are where the pain is loudest. The vehicle, driver and trip records underneath are shared, so adding a module later enriches what you already have rather than starting a new silo.
The platform is built to ingest from third-party devices rather than require its own. That covers common tracker, fuel-sensor and smart-lock hardware. There is a practical limit: a device that does not expose a data feed cannot be read by anything, and some older units report too infrequently for litre-level fuel work. We will tell you which of yours are usable before you commit.
Separate tools each hold one truth about a vehicle and none of them agree. The tracker says the van moved, the workshop says it was on a ramp, the fuel card says it filled up 200 km away. A connected platform is not a nicer interface over the same fragments — it is the fragments sharing one record, which is what makes the contradiction visible.

It depends almost entirely on data, not software. Importing a clean vehicle list and connecting existing trackers is quick.
